Born in Zvornik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and raised in Connecticut, Chef Ramiz Jasic draws profound inspiration from his heritage and the formative moments spent in his mother’s kitchen. His culinary philosophy centers on the belief that every dish should tell a story—one rooted in tradition, elevated through innovation, and guided by seasonality. With a deep respect for craftsmanship and a commitment to locally sourced ingredients, Chef Jasic brings thoughtful technique and bold flavor to every plate.

As Executive Chef, he is excited to apply his diverse experience and personal approach to elevate the steakhouse, honoring classic preparations while introducing refined, modern touches that enhance the guest experience.

As Pastry Chef for both Gio’s Prime 26 Steakhouse and The Inn on Broadway’s catering department, she has honed her expertise in crafting exquisite pastries, specialty cakes, custom cookies, and house-made ice creams.

Rachael’s passion for baking shines through in every creation, with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maximizing flavor.
